Summer Adventures!

For the past two years my family has really gotten into motorcylces. Harley Davidson to be exact. Right away I just rode on the back, but this year I decided to step it up and get my license! So yes, I am now a licensed motorcylce driver and I LOVE it! My brother and I took a class this summer while my parents were in Sturgis. We both passed and did the best in our class. The next step was to take the test. After that, we invested in a bike that we both share. It stays at home so I don't get to ride very often but the thought is still fun. We all have some Harley clothing, and I love going into the store to see what else I should buy. Of course being a college student does not allow me to buy much, but I have a Christmas list.

I was also able to travel to Missouri and Nashville over the summer. Not on the same trip either. One was towards the beginning of the break and the other was a week before classes started. After the big move my cousin now lives in Nashville. It was a fun trip and I can not wait to visit her soon. Have a great week everyone!

We're Back!!

Hey Everyone! Classes have started up again and I am now into my Junior year. I will graduate next fall so I am scared and excited at the same time!! For me summer went by way too fast-I only got to the lake twice. I am usually at the lake every weekend so only twice is sad. But now fall is here and I am already busy with tons of homework. This past weekend I went to Julie and Julia for a History of Foods class. I absolutely loved the movie. I cannot wait to cook! I am going to buy a cookbook this week and cook my way through it. I am excited for that because I never cook. I make amazing cheesecake, but I don't cook. Homecoming is this week and Johnny Holmes is coming! I love his concerts so I am really looking forward to Thursday night. There have been activities going on all week. Have a great week everyone!
